A very experienced Chef is urgently needed.

Responsibilities:* Prepare and cook various meals as requested or as order(s) come in.* Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen and maintain hygiene at all time.* Ensure discipline, and motivate the kitchen staff.* Manage food supply/stock, and report shortages promptly.* Adhere to Health and Safety standards.* Must be a Team player.* Ensure all meals/dishes are prepared to high standard before it leaves the kitchen to the customer area.* Must be punctual when on duty.
Work days: 6days a week (weekends inclusive), 1 off-day. 
Work hours: afternoon -  1:pm - 11:pm (10 hours daily). 
Feeding: No, (service charge available, to support feeding). 
Accomodation: there's a place to stay, but you must go home on off-day.
