STATION MANAGER

Key Responsibilities* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the station.* Lead, supervise, and motivate station staff.* Drive sales growth and ensure excellent customer service.* Monitor inventory and ensure operational efficiency.* Enforce safety, compliance, and company operational standards.* Prepare operational reports and support business performance initiatives.

Requirements* Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.* 3–5 years’ experience in LPG, retail, or similar operations.* Demonstrated experience leading and supervising teams.* Strong sales and customer service orientation.* Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
