Requirements:
1–2 years of IT support.
Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
Strong knowledge of desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral support.
Experience troubleshooting LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network connectivity issues.
Familiarity with IT ticketing systems, hardware/software installation, and system maintenance.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree/HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or ITIL) are an added advantage.
