Hotel Operation Supervisor at Teestone Hotel and Apartment

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the hotel and ensure exceptional guest service. The successful candidate will coordinate and supervise front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and security teams to maintain high operational standards, guest satisfaction.

Minimum of an OND or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Previous experience in hotel operations, hospitality supervision, or a similar role.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software is an advantage.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
