**Job Description – Class Teacher**

A Class Teacher is responsible for managing a classroom, delivering lessons, and supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of students.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the curriculum.
* Prepare lesson notes, teaching materials, and assessments.
* Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
* Assess and evaluate students’ performance regularly.
* Provide guidance and support to students based on individual needs.
* Mark assignments, tests, and examinations promptly.
* Keep accurate records of attendance and academic progress.
* Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about students’ progress.
* Organize and participate in school activities and meetings.

**Requirements:**

* Strong knowledge of the subject(s) taught.
* Good classroom management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, creativity, and passion for teaching.
* Ability to motivate and inspire students.
