Responsibilities* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.* Supervise and coordinate staff to ensure excellent service delivery.* Monitor sales, expenses and daily operational reports.* Manage inventory, stock control and supplier relationships.* Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.* Recruit, train and evaluate restaurant staff.* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.* Drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements* Minimum of 2-3 years' experience managing a restaurant or hospitality business.* Strong leadership and organizational skills.* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.* Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory, and staff management.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions.* Must live within gwarimpa and it's environs
