Responsibilities* Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.* Present menus and take accurate food and drink orders.* Serve meals and beverages promptly and efficiently.* Ensure tables are clean, properly arranged, and ready for guests.* Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when necessary.* Process bills and payments accurately.* Maintain high standards of hygiene and excellent customer service.

Requirements* Minimum of 1–2 years' experience as a waitress in a restaurant or hospitality establishment.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Neat appearance with a positive attitude.* Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.* Must be punctual, reliable, and customer-focused.
