Human Resource Manager

Responsibilities • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.* Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.* Design and manage the performance management system, including KPIs and appraisals.* Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook.* Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives.* Manage disciplinary processes, employee relations, and conflict resolution.* Coordinate learning, development, and succession planning.* Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.* Maintain accurate HR records and leverage HRIS for reporting and analytics.* Prepare HR reports and provide strategic recommendations to management.* Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.

Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.* Professional HR certification (CIPM, CIHRM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage.* Minimum of 5 years' progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.* Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.* Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.* Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
