Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Customer Engagement
  • Drive showroom sales to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  • Manage customer consultations, product presentations, and custom order proposals (fabrics, finishes, hardware)
  • Generate leads through walk-ins and referrals; escalate high-value or beyond-scope leads to the Retail Sales 
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends, feeding insights back to central strategy

Requirements

Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field
  • 3–5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in furniture
