• Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Engineering, Health Sciences, or related field.
• At least 2–5 years of relevant supervisory experience, preferably in a hospital or industrial setting.
• Proven knowledge of inventory management is an added advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Excel, reporting tools).
•  Ability to work under pressure and during emergencies.
• Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Physical activity required—standing, walking, lifting medium-weight cylinders (with team).
