ASSOCIATE RECRUITER

Key Responsibilities* Source qualified candidates through job boards and social media platforms.* Screen candidates and coordinate interviews throughout the recruitment process.* Support hiring activities for various remote positions.* Maintain candidate records and assist with recruitment administration.

Requirements* Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or human resources.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to source candidates using job boards and social media platforms.* Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an added advantage.* Strong organizational and time management skills.* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
