Sales Team Lead (Loan and Investment

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to drive the sales of salary loan and investment products while leading and motivating a team of sales professionals.The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, expanding the customer base, and ensuring team performance.
Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise the sales team to achieve business objectives.
• Drive the sales of salary loan and investment products to individual and corporate clients.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Monitor team performance and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and corporate partners.
• Prepare sales reports and provide performance updates.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in loan sales, investment sales, banking, or financial services.
• Previous experience leading or supervising a sales team is required.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Candidates with existing corporate networks will have an added advantage.
• Minimum qualification: HND or Bachelor's Degree.
