Key Responsibilities
-Research current fashion trends, consumer preferences, and competitor products
-Develop original design concepts, sketches, and mood boards
-Select fabrics, colors, patterns, and trims
-Create technical drawings and specifications for production
-Collaborate with pattern makers, manufacturers, and merchandisers
-Oversee sample creation and fittings
-Modify designs based on feedback
-Present collections to clients, buyers, or during fashion shows
-Ensure designs meet budget and production timelines
