Job Description

  • Minimum of 4–7 years relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in:
  • Architectural projects
  • Interior fit-out projects
  • Workspace and office design projects
  • Commercial and residential construction
  • Experience in furniture, joinery, and office fit-out costing is an added advantage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in:
  • Quantity Surveying
  • Building Technology
  • Construction Management
  • Civil Engineering or related discipline.
  • Professional certification is an added advantage:
  • Registered Quantity Surveyor (RQS)
  • Membership of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS)
  • Registration with the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN)

Technical SkillsProficiency in:
  1. Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
  2. Microsoft Project
  3. AutoCAD (for reading drawings)
  4. CostX or similar quantity take-off software
  5. Planswift
  6. Bluebeam Revu
  7. Revit (basic understanding)
  8. ERP or procurement management software
