Computer Operator / Instructor

A Computer Operator / Instructor is responsible for operating and maintaining computer systems while also teaching and guiding students or trainees in the use of computer applications, information technology, and digital skills. The role combines technical support duties with educational and training responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operate and monitor computer systems, networks, and peripheral equipment.
2. Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems.
3. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide technical support.
4. Maintain computer laboratories and ensure equipment is functional and secure.
